This is Tobias, an incredible sweet loving puppy who along with his sister was cruelly abandoned when only a matter of a few months old. Left to fend for themselves on the deadly streets of Bucharest, Romania.

Thankfully wonderful person from our network of rescuers saw them and simply could not leave them behind knowing what awful fate awaited them if she did not take them into foster.
Romania is an awful, vile place if you are a stray. You are are deemed vermin in the eyes of most humans and this mean open season on strays from the worst kind of animal abusers.
Even every day people will pass a dog just deliberately run over crawling on the floor rather than stopping to help. To them, this is one less dog to worry about.
It truly is an awful country in regards to animal welfare laws being implemented, and though the reason they have so many strays is due to the humans in the country...as always the animals are the victims of human choices.
Tobias is safe now in foster, he has what seems an inexhaustible taste for life, and puppy antics. He is so funny and smart having the volunteers in stitches with what he and his sister get up to.
He desperately needs a home to call his own, somewhere he will be loved and cared for, in return he will truly will be the most loving and sweet family member you could hope for.
Both Tobias and his sister are used to living with children in there foster home and adore playing and having fun. They also get along very well with other dogs though because of there puppyness energy we would not advise a home with cats unless the feline family member is very dog savvy.
